of a one-stop shop for great baby gifts and accessories.
Ruby's Kids allows customers to personalize their shopping
experience by offering a plethora of designers, easy-to-shop,
and fulfill a broad range of styles and fashion desires.
We are always adding new products to our website. We

At the present time, we are web-based only. Unfortunately we do not
offer will call or pick-up orders. The best way to contact

EST M - F. If you prefer to place your order offline you

Shipping will be completed through the USPS. If overnight
shipping is needed, please e-mail us at info@rubyskids.com

Standard Shipping charges:
$6.00 for orders totaling $0.01-$100.00
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.00
$5.00 additional to Expedite Shipping (not available for
most items that ship from vendor)
$2.00 per additional address (multi-ship orders)
TAX
Purchases shipped to Florida residents will be charged
6% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY
Most* purchases may be returned within 14 days of the
date you received the order. The items must be unused,
unwashed, in original condition and packaging, (excluding
gift packaging), for a complete refund less shipping charges.
A return authorization must be requested in writing through
e-mail. Approved returns will be assigned an authorization
code and instructions. Credits will be given to original
purchaser when merchandise is received in the form of
original payment. If you received the item as a gift,
the item may be exchanged at time of return.
All sales are final after 14 days. Exceptions to this policy will be
determined by Ruby's Kids.
*Items shipped directly from the vendor will be subject
to return authorization policy of the vendor.
